Consideration of Ideas

The NCAC considers ideas that are brought forth as new business during regular meetings of the Council.

This Council meets formally each month, typically on the first Sunday, via teleconference.

The NCAC meets in person twice a year at the Summer and Winter National Board Meetings.

Implementation of Ideas

The implementation of NCAC ideas is accomplished through one of three paths.  Determination of which implementation path depends upon the level and complexity of the idea and the impact that it will have on the program.

        The three paths are:

                  1. An Executive Order by the National Commander

                  2. An Agenda item approval by the National Executive Committee and/or the National Board

                  3. Direct implementation by the Corporate Team.
